Dinner this week is from the 5/14/2025 Publix Ad!

Anyone else been really, really busy this week?  Me too, thus why this newsletter quite a bit delayed this week.  On weeks where everything is busy and you need a super simple, and healthy, dinner option.... breakfast for supper is a go-to way to make that happen!  Luckily, Publix has a bunch of breakfast foods on their BOGO (buy one get one free) sale this week and also has some things to buy ahead for your Memorial Day cookouts!

***And I know... eggs have been expensive lately.  But eggs from a nutrition standpoint (protein, fats, nutrients) are a better value than meat every time, even during the recent price issues.***

Dinner this week is: Breakfast for Supper
