4-H it’s Electric!  4-H’ers, ages 9 to 18, are invited to participate in this electric project workshop on Tuesday, October 19 from 3:30pm to 5pm. Haywood Electric Membership Corporation will walk youth through completing this beginner’s circuit board project, teach youth to solder, and view a high voltage demonstration.  Youth participants need to register in advance by calling the Extension Center at 828-456-3575 and the cost is $5; which includes workshop materials.  4-H Electric Workshop will be held at the Camp Lodge located on the Mountain Research Station at 265 Test Farm Road, Waynesville, NC.
