2023 4-H Camp: Information Guide

Summer is upon us, and it is time to get ready to attend 4-H Camp!  4-H Camp is a traditional, overnight camp experience for ages 8-14.  You can even be a 'Leader in Training' at camp once you are 15-17.

If you are interested in participating in 4-H Camp, please contact the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Haywood County Center at 828-456-3575.


2023 4-H Camp Details

Dates: Sunday, June 25th to Friday, June 30th

Location: Betsy-Jeff Penn 4-H Educational Center; Reidsville, NC

Ages (as of the first day of camp) Type of Camp Cost
8-12 Traditional Camp $525
13-14 Trekker Camp $575

***Camp fee includes round-trip transportation, camp t-shirt, and $15 of camp store money***

Scholarships are available upon request and family financial need

All camp payments are due by Friday, June 23rd at 12:00 pm to the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Haywood County Center (589 Raccoon Rd., Waynesville).  Exact cash and check are required for payment.
